The website does not sell products or take payments online. All purchases, quotes, and installations are arranged separately and directly between you and us.

Prices are not displayed on the website and no transactions are completed through it. Any pricing we provide is by quote only. A quote is an estimate based on the information you supply and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final pricing, product availability, lead times, and terms will be confirmed in writing before any order is placed, and a separate sale or installation agreement will govern that transaction.

Free samples are provided to help you assess colour and texture and remain subject to availability. We may limit the number of samples per request or per household.

Submitting a request does not create any obligation on us to provide products or services, and does not guarantee availability or a particular price or timeframe.
